There are so many challenges day to day when you live with a chronic illness. Fixating on the things I can’t control never helps. Overlooking them does.

This is very true, one must not fixate on things one cannot control. But sometimes I make fun of the things I can’t control and then after I’m finished laughing at myself I’ve forgotten about the whole thing!
A sense of humor is the best medicine 🙂
